The galvanic treatment is a type of industrial processing which consists in the processing of previously cleaned metal surfaces, degreased and acid-treated, giving their aesthetic characteristics, resistance to oxidation and corrosion and of particular hardness. The metal objects to be treated are immersed in an aqueous solution, subjected to direct current flow, which allows the metal ions to be deposited on their surfaces.
